Questions planners ask
Is a 360 video booth the same as a 360 photo booth?
Yes. Most people search for a 360 photo booth, but the booth actually records video: about 7 seconds of slow-motion footage as the camera circles your guests, edited into a 20-second vertical clip with your logo on it. Think of it as a photo booth that films a mini music video instead of snapping a still.
Are the videos vertical?
Yes. Every guest video is about 20 seconds and vertical, made for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
How much does a 360 photo booth rental cost?
Your price depends on event hours, city and travel, and it covers everything listed above, from the operator and lighting to your custom overlay and next-day gallery. It's one all-inclusive package. Tell us your date, city and event hours, and we'll send a custom quote within one business day. Full-day and multi-day events are welcome.
How much space do you need?
A 10 x 10 ft area at minimum. With the backdrop, the setup can stretch up to 16 ft where the room allows.
How long is setup?
Plan on at least 2 hours before guests arrive. Our team handles setup and teardown.
Can it go outdoors?
Yes, on flat ground with power confirmed ahead of time. Sand, gravel and loose dirt won't work, and the sequin backdrop stays indoors because of wind.
How fast do guests get their video?
Usually within 20 seconds, by text, email, QR code or AirDrop. International numbers and WhatsApp work at no extra charge.
Can the videos play on a screen during the event?
Yes, every event includes a live slideshow. Each new video plays as soon as it's made, on a TV, a projector or the screens behind the stage.
Can we get the guest contact list?
Yes, if you'd like it. Guests enter an email or phone number to receive their video, and we can send you every contact as a CSV file after the event. Just ask when you book.
Can we use our own music?
Videos use copyright-free music. Guests can swap in any song inside Instagram or TikTok before they post.
When do we get the full gallery?
The next business day after your event. The gallery stays available for six months.
Where do you offer 360 booth rentals?
We're based in San Antonio and run events in San Antonio, Austin, Houston and Dallas–Fort Worth. Travel is available across Texas and beyond.
