Our workflow elevates the service to a new standard for Businesses and Brands that want to multiply the exposure of their event, and/or capture leads using this service as an Activation.
We capture photos with pro cameras and digitally deliver them to your guests via an iPad in seconds.
We offer three experience modes: Static, roaming, or both.

Static – A set photo spot with great lighting and a clean backdrop. (People go to camera)
Roaming – We move through the event and bring the camera to your guests. (Camera goes to people)
Hybrid – You get both: a photo op area and roaming photography coverage.

Which service tier should I select? 🎯
Essential is great if you already have your own backdrop, décor, or step-and-repeat and want a simple, clean setup with digital sharing only.
Deluxe is our full-service option. We provide the backdrop, props, wireless printing, and all the extra tech needed for a polished activation.
Luxury is for high-profile or high-traffic events. You get two operators (a roamer + a booth attendant) plus a red-carpet style setup with carpet, velvet ropes, and stanchions.

Power: Static and Hybrid setups need one standard power outlet nearby. Our Roaming setups can run all day on battery power.
Wi-Fi: All of our services are cellular service-enabled. However, access to a Strong Wi-Fi is best for the fastest sending. If Wi-Fi or Cell service is weak, we can still capture, and the queue will send out a slower speed. Airdrops can allow instant sharing regardless of cell service or wifi.

Depending on your preferred service tier, we arrive 30 - 120 minutes before your contracted start time, which gives us time to be set and ready by the time we are scheduled to start service.

A weather plan in case of rain or high wind
