The Instant Photo Experience is our modern take on a “photo activations.”

Our workflow elevates the service to a new standard for Businesses and Brands that want to multiply the exposure of their event, and/or capture leads using this service as an Activation.

We capture photos with pro cameras and digitally deliver them to your guests via an iPad in seconds.

We offer three experience modes:

Static, Roaming, or Hybrid (mix of both).

• Roaming – We move through the event and bring the camera to your guests. (Camera goes to people)

• Static – A set photo spot with great lighting and a clean backdrop. (People go to camera)

• Hybrid – You get both: a photo op area and roaming photography coverage. Includes two photographers

Which service tier should I select? 🎯

Essential is great if you already have your own backdrop, décor, or step-and-repeat and want a simple, clean setup with digital sharing only.

Deluxe is our full-service option. We provide the backdrop, props, wireless printing, and all the extra tech needed for a polished activation.

Luxury is for high-profile or high-traffic events. You get two operators (a roamer + a booth attendant) plus a red-carpet style setup with carpet, velvet ropes, and stanchions.

• Power: Static and Hybrid setups need one standard power outlet nearby. Our Roaming setups can run all day on battery power.

• Wi-Fi: All of our services are cellular service-enabled. However, access to a Strong Wi-Fi is best for the fastest sending. If Wi-Fi or Cell service is weak, we can still capture, and the photo queue will send out a slower speed.

• Airdrop for iPhone users can allow instant photo sharing regardless of cell service or wifi.

We’ll review this and any other questions you have during your discovery call.

Depending on your preferred service tier, we arrive 30 - 120 minutes before your contracted start time, which gives us time to be set and ready by the time we are scheduled to start service.

Yes, as long as:

• We have a safe, covered space for gear

• We have access to one standard power outlet within 20’, if we are providing wireless prints

• We coordinate a weather contingency plan with you during pre-event planning in case of rain or high wind

We’ll talk through the details based on your venue during your discovery call.

Yes. Every booking includes our Complete Branding Kit:

• Your logo on the photos

• Custom overlay design

• Matching screens on the iPad digital covers

If your event would benefit from unbranded and professionally edited photos for archival purposes, we can also create a second unbranded photo gallery for your marketing and social media content. Additional fees apply. Inquire on your discovery call.

Our AI background replacement is available as an upgrade service option for every Instant Photo Experience.

Yes, on-site photo prints can be added to any Instant Photo Experience. Be sure to select this on your inquiry form.

Guests can get their photos in seconds via:

• Text message (SMS)

• Email

• Airdrop (for iPhone users)

• WhatsApp

• QR code scan

From there, they can post right to social media or text photos to others.

Yes. As an upgraded service option, we can collect activation end users:

• Email addresses

• Phone numbers

This works great for brand activations, sponsors, and marketing teams.

We create a CSV file to share with you via your preferred method (email, private upload portal for security needs, etc) the next business day after your event.

You’ll receive your digital gallery of all Instant Photos the next business day after your event.

If you’d like to receive your gallery ahead of time to monitor real time photo capture, just let our team know and we’ll send the gallery link ahead of the event.

If you add a professionally edited unbranded gallery, that delivery is typically 7–10 days.

If you don’t schedule a discovery call, and we have questions about your event, we will reach out to you within 30 minutes of submitting your inquiry during normal business hours.

After the discovery call, we’ll send a proposal with your chosen tier or option(s).

A signed agreement and retainer payment is required to lock in your date.
