Yes. We have served events across Texas (Austin, San Antonio, DFW, Houston) and nationally (Illinois, Nebraska, New York, Colorado, and more). Travel fees may apply for events outside our home markets.

SmartSend lets guests register with a quick selfie, before or during your event, and automatically receive every photo they appear in. Guests can sign up by scanning a QR code, tapping a link in your event marketing, or registering at the iPad station on-site. SmartSend is available as an add-on for any Roaming Photo Experience booking.

Yes, absolutely. While our service can be used to create and deliver instantly branded photos, you can receive a second gallery with no branding on the photos.
This is an add-on service that we offer and is perfect for brands or organizations that want to the photos to be used for evergreen marketing or website use.Please let a member of our team know that you would like to review our options for a secondary unbranded event gallery.
Option #1 | Unbranded JPGs Straight From Camera: This has the the fastest delivery but photos will not be enhanced or touched up.Option #2 | Professionally Developed Photos - This service allows us to take the “RAW” camera files and enhance the photos to stylized, color-corrected images. These photos are the quality that you would normally recieve from our Event Photography package.

At this time the Roaming Booth cannot process bursts of photos.
While the camera can still take bursts of photos that can be later used in a second gallery, our technology is optimized for “One-Shot” photos for Instant Delivery.

We have a full gallery of 81 free backgrounds or you can send us Custom Designed Backgrounds that you would like your guests to use.
