For most Texas based projects, we don’t charge travel fees. This depends heavily on the scope of your project.

• Ironclad "Key Moments" Guarantee: During our pre-production process we will go through the discovery process of your "Must-Have" shotlist (Key-Moments) - this is the footage that you feel is absolutlely essential to the project. If we miss any "Key-Moments" we'll refund your entire deposit.

  Simply finalize your ‘Must Have’ shotlist with us 14 calendar days before your contracted filming date, and we’ll guarantee everything on your shotlist will be captured.

  PLEASE NOTE: No changes can be made to the guaranteed shotlist less than 2 weeks before your contracted filming date.

  While additional shotlist requests can be made less than 2 weeks before your contracted filming date, they will fall outside of the guarantee.

  For example, we can’t make guarantees for additional shotlist requests made the day before or on the day of production.

  Projects booked on or less than 2 weeks before your filming date, do not qualify for our Ironclad Guaranteed.
