What Guests can expect during their 360 video Booth sessions:

  • Once our team has set up your 360 Experience and the contract start time begins, we’ll turn on the lights and begin inviting guests into the Experience.

  • Our Attendant/Operator will help instruct guests and share the best practices for an awesome video to first-time users.

  • Guests will step onto the platform, typically back to back, or shoulder to shoulder when multiple guests go together.

  • Once the operator confirms everybody is ready, a 3-second countdown will be called out, and the video session begins.

  • After the video session ends, our software system begins editing the video, adding music, effects, and an overlay if you choose to have one for your event.

  • An edited 21-second video will be rendered and our operator will share the video with guests.

  • Guests will receive their videos via QR code, Text Message, or Email. Airdrop is available for iPhone Users
    (Our Sharing Stations are already equipped with Celluar 5G Service)

  • For text messages and emails, a Link will be sent to their inbox where they can access and download the video.

  • As the Client, you will receive a Master Gallery link, on our next business day to access all of the 360 Videos.

Our booking process

For People That Love The Details 🔎

  • Once you review the package options in the next section of this page, you fill out our inquiry form with your basic event information, and select your preferred Experience.

    We'll have an option for you to request a Custom Experience if needed. A member of our team will call you during our business hours to find out more details.

  • Once you submit the inquiry form, you will be redirected to a confirmation page, letting you know that a member of our team has received the proposal.

    Once our team reviews your inquiry details, we will send you a proposal if we have that event date available. In the event that all of our event slots are full, we will send you notification and alternative options if you would like.

    Please note, depending on what time you sent your inquiry, we will typically get back to you within 1 hour to 48 hours.

  • After we send you a proposal via email and/or text, a member of our team will reach out to confirm you received it.

    If everything looks good you will be able to sign the contract, and make your deposit all from within the same proposal.

    If there any changes or additions that you would like to make before booking, our team will work with you to find the best available solution.

  • Once we have received your Contract and Deposit, a member of our team will send out our Event Questionairre.

    This is where you will be able to choose theme colors, submit logos, and answer important setup questions so that we can prepare our team for your event.

  • After the questionairre is filled out, our system will notify us so that we can begin working on your Digital Overlay that will appear on the final videos. If we have any questions, we will reach out to you.

    Once the Design is approved, we will add it to our system in preparation for your event day.

  • Typically, 7 to 14 business days before your event, we will reach out to confirm who our point of contact will be for the event day and to discover any final load-in details if they have not already been discussed.

  • Woohoo! We made it to event day! Our standard practice is to have our team arrive a minimum of 2 hours before your contract start time to load in and begin setup.

    If your event will require a different setup time, this will need to be shared on the questionnaire or in writing as soon as possible to avoid any start time delays.

    Any unexpected setup changes made by the Client on Event Day, that delay our start time, will not result in a refund.

  • On the next business day following your event, a member of our team will send you the Master Gallery Link where you can access and download all the videos from your event.

    For Corporate Clients:
    If you utilized our Lead Generation service we will also send you a CSV file of the data collected.

  • Our Sharing Station Has Built-In Cellular Service | With A Strong Cellular Signal, individual 360 Videos Are Available To Event Guests In Less Than 15 Seconds.

  • 360 Videos Can Be Digitally Delivered, On-Site, Via Email, Text Messages, Or QR Code. AirDrop Is Available For Apple Users.

  • The Music Utilized For The 360 Video Plays Copyright Free Music.

  • We Can Not Utilize Copyrighted Music On Our 360 Videos.

  • End Users May Select A Different Song For Their 360 Video, Via Built-In App Tools, On Social Media Platforms Like Instagram or TikTok Before Posting.

  • While our 360 Video Booth can be setup outside, our sequin backdrops can not. 🥲

    Our sequin backdrops can not be setup for outdoor events due to potential wind gusts, which would compromise safety for event guests and our team, as the backdrop can (and has) toppled over event guests.

    Also, outdoor 360 Video setups can take advantage of showcasing the outdoor spaces in lieu of our sequin backdrop.

    Other important details for outdoor setups:

    • Ground must be flat to place the 360 platform on

    • It must be shared with us, ahead of time whether we will have access to power or not. Our 360 Video Booth can be completely wireless, but our team will need to prepare for this setup well before the event date.

    • Outdoor setups that are not allowed for sake of potential damage to the 360 platform:

      • Sand

      • Gravel

      • Loose dirt

  • We do not offer 360 Video Booth drop off service.

    One of our trained 360 Video Booth operators must be present during the operation hours of your 360 Video Booth service to ensure proper utilization of equipment and safety for you and your event guests.

  • For the best set up aesthetic, and safety, we require a minimum space of 10’ x 10’.

    Space permitting, our sequin backdrops can be as wide as 16’

  • We require a minimum of 2 hours of set up time for our 360 Video Booth to allow for:

    • Safe equipment load-in conditions for our team member(s)

    • Possible extended walking distance from the load-in/docking area to the 360 Video Booth setup area

    • Our team to make on-site design setup decisions of our 360 Video Booth based on unplanned or unknown instances

    • Allocated time to discreetly hide or put away equipment bags or boxes to maintain a clean visual aesthetic of our setup

    • Allocated time for our team member(s) to park any or all vehicles in the proper and designated vendor area

    • Allotted time for our team member(s) to

    • Freshen up and/or change clothes after working on the 360 setup to be fresh and presentable for the evening

    • Have time to use the facilities, have a meal/snack, and acquire bottled water before opening up the 360 Video Booth in order to stay hydrated for the duration of the event (especially if the 360 Video Booth setup will be outdoors).

  • No, neither you or your guests will need to use their cellular phone to capture their 360 video.

    All of our 360 Booth service packages are a Full-Service Experience. This covers every aspect of the event, ensuring that your guests can focus on the experience itself without needing their phone.

    Our digital camera and video lighting setup ensures the highest video quality.

  • End users usually receive their 360 video within 20 seconds of capturing their video.

    Guests can receive their video via text message, email, or QR code.

    Apple users may receive their video via Airdrop.

    Our system is also optimized to message International phone numbers to all carries and even WhatsApp numbers at no additional charge. 🌎

  • Once ready, and on the booth, the capture of the 360 video only takes about 7 seconds.

    Assuming a person, or group of people, take some time to pick one of our high quality props, and after our 360 operator shares instructions and examples of how to pose or what to do on the 360 video booth, each 360 session takes about 90 seconds to complete.

  • The final edited 360 video, delivered on site, is about 20 seconds long.

  • Absolutely 🙌

    If you have your own step and repeat backdrop, we can certainly collaborate with you on the setup design.

    Some corporate clients choose to solely utilize their own step and repeat backdrop.

    Other clients request a custom setup of their step and repeat backdrop along with our sequin backdrops.

    We can also procure a custom step and repeat backdrop for an additional fee.

  • Yes! Included in every 360 Video Booth package is the ability to customize the experience with a video overlay that can include your logo, event date, etc.

    • Essential - Logo Only | Must be supplied by the client.

    • Deluxe - Complimentary Overlay Design

    • Luxury - Complimentary Overlay Design

    Logos, or information that you’d like for us to include in your overlay design, must be submitted to us at least one (1) month in advance.

    For clients who book our service less than one month in advance, logos and information must be submitted to us as soon as possible.

    For clients who book our service less than one month in advance, we can not guarantee that the logo and information will allow our team sufficient time to create the overlay, but we will always do our best.

  • Our team will email you your master gallery link for all of the 360 Videos captured within 24 to 48 hours after your event.

    The master gallery link will be accessible for six (6) months from the event date.

    After six months, the link will expire and all of the content will be deleted from the server.
