  • We recommend a dedicated 10’ x 10’ space for our Classic Photo Booth for the best aesthetic and end user experience.

  • We require 2 hours of setup time to allow for:

    • Safe equipment load-in conditions for our team member(s)

    • Possible extended walking distance from the load-in/docking area to the Photo Booth setup area

    • Our team to make on-site design setup decisions of our Photo Booth based on unplanned or unknown instances

    • Allocated time to discreetly hide or put away equipment bags or boxes to maintain a clean visual aesthetic of our setup

    • Allocated time for our team member(s) to park any or all vehicles in the proper and designated vendor area

    • Allotted time for our team member(s) to

      • Freshen up and/or change clothes after working on the Photo Booth setup to be fresh and presentable for the evening

      • Have time to use the facilities, have a meal/snack, and acquire bottled water before opening up the Photo Booth in order to stay hydrated for the duration of the event (especially if the Photo Booth setup will be outdoors).

  • Quick answer: Yes, our Classic Photo Booths can bet setup outdoors. However, our fabric sequin backdrops can not. 🥲

    Our sequin backdrops can not be setup for outdoor events due to potential wind gusts, which would compromise safety for event guests and our team, as the backdrop can (and has) toppled over event guests.

    Some clients choose to not have a backdrop for their outdoor Classic Photo Booth and some clients supply their own backdrop that can withstand wind gusts (like a boxwood).

    For an additional fee, and with enough time for planning, we can help build and create a custom backdrop for your event, whether indoors or outdoors. ✨
