Our booking process

For People That Love The Details 🔎

  • Once you review the package options for the Pro Selfie Photo Booth on this page, you tap one of the green buttons on this page to fill out our inquiry form with your basic event information, and select your preferred Experience.

    We'll have an option for you to request a Custom Experience if needed. A member of our team will call you during our business hours to find out more details.

  • Once you submit the inquiry form, you will be redirected to a confirmation page, letting you know that a member of our team has received the proposal.

    Once our team reviews your inquiry details, we will send you a proposal if we have that event date, and inventory available. In the event that all of our event slots are full, we will send you notification and alternative options if you would like.

    Please note, depending on what time you sent your inquiry, we will typically get back to you within 1 hour to 48 hours.

  • After we send you a proposal via email and/or text, a member of our team will reach out to confirm you received it.

    If everything looks good you will be able to sign the contract, and make your deposit all from within the same proposal.

    If there any changes or additions that you would like to make before booking, our team will work with you to find the best available solution.

  • Once we have received your Contract and Deposit, a member of our team will send out our Event Questionairre.

    This is where you will be able to choose theme colors, submit logos, and answer important setup questions so that we can prepare our team for your event.

  • After the questionairre is filled out, our system will notify us so that we can begin working on your Digital Overlay that will appear on the final videos. If we have any questions, we will reach out to you.

    Once the Design is approved, we will add it to our system in preparation for your event day.

  • Typically, 7 to 14 business days before your event, we will reach out to confirm who our point of contact will be for the event day and to discover any final load-in details if they have not already been discussed.

  • Woohoo! We made it to event day! Our standard practice is to have our team arrive a minimum of 2 hours before your contract start time to load in and begin setup.

    If your event will require a different setup time, this will need to be shared on the questionnaire or in writing as soon as possible to avoid any start time delays.

    Any unexpected setup changes made by the Client on Event Day, that delay our start time, will not result in a refund.

  • On the next business day following your event, a member of our team will send you the Master Gallery Link where you can access and download all the videos from your event.

    For Corporate Clients:
    If you utilized our Lead Generation service we will also send you a CSV file of the data collected.

  • Our photo booth footprint is entirely adjustable and adaptable for almost every venue.

    The Selfie Booth is our most compact and discrete setup, taking up only about 3 square feet of space. Our other activations require a minimum of 12' x 12' (144 square feet) of space.

    **Space required for your event may vary depending on any backdrop add-ons you may add to your Selfie Photo Booth service booking.

  • Once our equipment is on site, our Selfie Photo Booth can be set up in less than 30 minutes. In most cases, 15 minutes.

    All of our other Photo Booths such as the 360 Video Booth, Classic Photo Booth, and Vogue Photo Booth require 2 hours to setup before your event starts.

    Depending on any other service add-ons that you would like to book, we may need more than an hour to set up this service.

  • Yes! The Selfie Booth can be used outside, weather permitting.

    Our only requirement is that a standard power outlet is within 25' to 50' of the Selfie Photo Booth for events that are longer than 4 hours.

    For events 4 hours or less, we can provide our own discrete portable power system which allows us to setup anywhere in your event space without the need of a standard power outlet.
